Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We carefully pack and ship every order within 1–3 business days. Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, and shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, most domestic deliveries arrive within 3–5 business days, though transit times may vary depending on your location and the carrier.

International Shipping

We proudly ship to most countries outside the United States for a flat rate of $50 USD.

International orders typically arrive within approximately two weeks, though delivery times may vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Because of the nature of international shipping, all international sales are final.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Please pack your return with care, as Mag.Pi is not responsible for damage that occurs during return shipping.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We are also unable to reimburse packages lost in transit.

Store credit is valid for one year from the date it is issued.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.
